We received a model 199 HO1-1108A unit as a gift – Sadly the instructions are missing. We have asked the person that gave us the unit if she had them, but she does not. Is there a way to down load the manual and cooking guide information? I see some receipts on this site, so I can try to print some of those. I also see a temperature guide here as well. I can print that as well. The type size is very small and hard to read, but I will give it a try. Please advise if you can direct me to a way to capture the operating guide and any suggestions or receipts. Thank you
